MOM AND ME POTTERY HOUR Something new beginning Summer, 2008 Every Wednesday from 1-2pm in July and August* we'll be running a new program, designed just for Moms (or Dads!) and Kids...it's MOM AND ME POTTERY HOUR...All you need to do is drop in for a project that will take up to an hour with the kids and help them work on a small clay project. Great for a rainy day or when you just want to get the kids doing something creative. The good news is that this is available for ages 3 and up (with help from Mom, of course). It may take less than an hour for some weeks but then again, sometimes with little ones that isn't a bad thing. You know how those attention spans wane quickly! If you want to reserve a space for any of the pottery hours, just give us a call that morning (or before if you wish) and we'll be waiting for you. For each child (or Mom) who participates in a project, it is $12 per person-that includes all supplies, instruction. glazing and firing.... Come in through our new studio entrance (back parking lot) and get ready to create! And Moms, feel free to bring a cup of coffee and relax a little for up to an hour...Just another fun way to stay creative during the summer here at Creative Genius.... *Note: Creative Genius will be closed June 29th-July 6th and August 3rd-Aug 10th for vacation...no classes, no workshops, just sun and fun (at least for us!) :) |
